Hi there,
This is the tutorial for an easy Play Mat for babies and toddlers. I wanted to make something simple, spring-like project for my son; a play mat that we can use in our trips to the park. It was a lovely project to make, and my son loves it! To make the color combination I used 4 fat quarter pieces in red, blue, yellow and green; to highlight those colors, I chose to work with Shabby Fabrics Laser Cut Fuse Applique Pieces. This pattern contains a link to my affiliate program Eco-friendly, sustainable and practical.
This reversible coffee warmer is ideal to take on your trips, use with your daily coffee or make as a gift! I love the fact that it is reversible, giving me the options to express myself through it (I made mine feminine on one side and hipster on the other, I flip according to the day). For the step by step tutorial, click here Materials: 1. 2 1/8 pieces of main fabric- it can be made with cotton prints, canvas, corduroy, denim, flannel, etc. 2. Quilt batting or a thicker fabric (think fleece) to use inside and give some weight to the project. 3. 1/2 yard of corded piping 4. Scissors 5. Matching thread 6. Pins 7. Four 7 inches long ribbon straps |
